Terms and Conditions

1. Service

TeamRook.com provides web-based sports workflow products for coaches, teams and clubs, including tactics boards, match graphics, transport planning, callups, competition planning, analysis workflows and public team or club pages.

2. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. TeamRook.com may suspend access if an account is used to abuse the service, send spam, violate law or harm other users.

3. Free plan and subscriptions

TeamRook.com offers a free plan with limited access to selected products. Continued access to Pro products requires an active paid subscription or assigned club license. Individual Coach Pro costs $7 per month. Club licenses cost $5 per license per month, with one license intended for one team.

Payments, taxes and invoices are handled by Paddle. Paddle may act as merchant of record or payment processor depending on checkout setup and your location.

4. User content

You keep ownership of content you create or upload in TeamRook.com, including projects, pages, logos, hero images, links, callup data and team information. You give TeamRook.com permission to host and process that content so the service can work.

You must not upload illegal, infringing, harmful or misleading content. Public Team Page and Club Page content is your responsibility.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use TeamRook.com to send spam, scrape data, attack systems, upload malware, impersonate others, violate privacy rights or bypass technical limits such as free plan limits.

6. Availability and changes

TeamRook.com aims to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may improve, change or remove features when needed for security, product quality or business reasons.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription through the billing flow or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous payments unless required by law or covered by our refund policy.
