Refund Policy

Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals. Access normally remains available until the end of the paid billing period.
Refund requests
If you believe you were charged by mistake, were charged twice, or had a billing issue, contact us at contact@TeamRook.com. We review refund requests fairly and may approve refunds where required by law or where the request is reasonable and the service has not been substantially used after the charge.
Club licenses
Club license subscriptions can be cancelled for future renewals. Refunds for unused licenses are handled case by case, especially if a club purchased the wrong number of licenses or was charged incorrectly.
Paddle payments
Payments and applicable taxes are processed by Paddle. Approved refunds may be processed through Paddle and returned to the original payment method where possible.
