TeamRook is built for youth and amateur coaches, team staff, club administrators and sports organizations that want one place to run day-to-day team operations during a season.
TeamRook is currently in Early Access. Coaches and clubs can use the core platform for free while we finish the full launch. Paid plans and add-ons will open after Early Access ends.
Click Create account, choose coach or club account type, confirm your email and create your first team workspace. Individual coaches can start with a personal team. Clubs can register an organization account and activate the club from email.
Yes. Free lets you try the platform with a personal workspace, basic tool access, limited saved projects and watermarked exports on selected products.
Pro Coach costs $9 per month for an individual coach. It includes one team workspace, expanded tool access and monthly TR Credits for messages and callups.
Club Pro costs $59 per month and Club Mega costs $149 per month. Both are built for organizations that manage multiple teams, coaches and licenses from one club area.
Club Pro fits growing clubs that need several teams and coaches. Club Mega is for larger organizations that need more teams, more coach/admin seats and higher monthly TR Credit limits. Compare limits on the pricing page.
TR Credits are used when you send team messages and callups by email. Paid plans include a monthly credit allowance. You can buy extra credit packs if your club needs more outbound communication during busy periods.
Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically through Paddle until you cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals. Access normally remains available until the end of the paid billing period.
TeamRook.com uses Paddle for checkout, tax handling and payment processing.
Yes. A club can invite coaches, assign them to teams, swap coaches on a license or remove a coach from a team when the assignment changes.
Club admins invite coaches by email from the club area. The coach receives an invite link, creates or logs into a TeamRook account with the same email address and accepts the invite before they can be assigned to teams.
Club area is where the organization manages teams, licenses, billing and staff. Coach zone is the day-to-day team workspace for callups, calendar, messages and tools. Club owners who also coach can access both.
Each club plan includes a team limit. Club Pro and Club Mega cover different numbers of teams and coach/admin seats. Extra team and admin licenses can be added when the club grows.
TR Callups lets coaches invite players and staff to training, matches and meetings by email. Players reply with yes, no or maybe, and the coach sees attendance and missing replies in one overview.
TR Tactics Board is a browser-based tactics canvas for formations, movements and match ideas. Coaches can save boards and use them in planning sessions or player meetings.
TR Ride Planner helps teams organize transport to matches and events. Build ride plans, assign drivers and passengers and keep travel details in one place instead of long chat threads.
Messages and callups use TR Credits. Pro Coach, Club Pro and Club Mega include different monthly credit amounts. During Early Access, outbound team email may be limited while core tools remain available.
Yes. TR Team Page lets eligible teams publish a clean public landing page with fixed sections for results, contact and club information. It requires a team connected to a club, not a personal-only workspace.
TeamRook also includes TR Matchposter, TR Cup and League Generator, TR TacticFrame for video analysis, player development workflows, calendar planning and more tools that continue to expand over time.
Yes. Email verification protects coach and club accounts. You must confirm your email before logging in. Club accounts also receive a separate activation email for the organization.
TeamRook supports English, Swedish, Norwegian and Spanish in the public site and large parts of the logged-in workspace. You can switch language from the site header.
